Aroma of tropical fruits, yeast, grassy hops, and some good cereals. Quite bitter, but refeshing and light. Alcohol is very well hidden, and the finishis a little tangy with a subtle fruity sweetness. Nice beer!

Yellow orange pour with a thick fluffy white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, and some kind of light fruit. I think Quebecois beers must all use the same yeast. They all taste so distinctly like they’re from Quebec. Not bad, but the yeasty funk was a little overpowering. Some decent citrus notes. Meh.

Good aroma, appearance is not bad. You can taste notes of Citrus, fruity, you don’t taste the alcohol enough in my opinion. Carbonation is okay. The after taste is quite thin and waterish and is the main reason of my poor rating.

500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy blonde with a persistent white head. Smells like citrus. Tastes very spicy, mainly nutmeg, and with a touch of yeast and sweet bread. Bit of citrusy bitterness in the finish. Medium to full bodied. Excellent triple!

Bouteille 500 mL. Blonde legerement trouble. Nez floral, un peu de levure et de sucre. Bouche agreable de levure et de miel. Excellent!

Nice triple but a bit too standard to stand out. Nose of soap/yeast flavour. Good thick body, a bit of bitter finish and well hidden high alcohol content. Yet nothing to put it over the simply decent triple category. A good solid triple but needs a bit more subtlety and character to elevate it to a higher status.

500ml bottle from jsprime. pours slightly hazed light golden with a lasting white head that laces. estery, flowery nose, touch of alcohol, very nice smelling triple. the flavour is a little thin, the yeastiness is a touch dirty, pretty good could use some refinment. a touch to dry and a touch to thin.
