UPDATED: NOV 18, 2011 Tap at Dubh Linn in Duluth, MN on Nov. 17, 2011. Holy crap - this is absolutely incredible. Per the bartender, this is one of the first three beers brewed here by this brewery (they used to have beers contract brewed for them, but they are actually also brewing small batches in the basement now as of 2011). So new brewer, just easing into it.....we’re not expecting the world, right? This is ridiculous. Mostly clear light orange pour with a clingy soapy white head. Killer citrus hop aroma. Medium palate. The taste is unreal, citrus hops, perfectly balanced. Visions of Pliny dancing through my head. Bravo, Dubh Linn, bravo. This is pure f’ing magic.
