Straw coloured pour, almost urine like. Apples, apples and more apples. Tart, sweet and refreshing. Slight notes of pine and floral bouquet. It's a simple but very tasty cider with low carbonation and slightly dry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

7 Beautiful dry appley aroma, a touch woody.
3 Opens with a pop. Rich clear orange, large fizzy head.
6 Quite full retronasals, sweetness, some resins, some esters. In contrast, it’s an incredibly dry taste, but without any acidity at all. Almost winey. Still quite appley, but not relying on the big bold fruity esters.
3 Really crisp palate, pleasant carbonation. A little watery, but at 4.5% and this level of dryness, that’s expected. Finish lightly bitter, a hint of apple skins.
13 Another superb low strength cider from CCLF.

Another cider dilettante recommendation, don’t read this too seriously. Looks like any cider, smell is interesting a bit like basement that has not been visited for long time and sweet. Taste is really light. There does not seem to be much acid from apples left, which makes this quite like nice juice. I do like this.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple, red apple, toffee, barnyard notes, vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100110]

Tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy deep blond color. There is a nice aroma, of cookies and apples, apple pie too. Sweetish flavor, light apples and light astringency, not as complex as desired.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear golden - white head. Apples, sweetness, sulfor, light dryness, barnyard notes, light bretty notes, pee, sparkling. OK.

Deep golden pour with a tight lacing. Soft carbonation. The nose is very soft with a bright fresh apple nose. Softly sweet with a touch of soft apple skin tannins. A little bit of light lactic acidity as well. The texture is soft with a light crisp fruitiness and a bit of spiciness on the back. It’s fairly perfumey initially with a soft sweet fruitiness as well. As it warms the tannic character really picks up and the sweetness fades back. A lovely cider that’s worth picking up if you get the chance.

Bottled. A golden cider with almost no head: The aroma has notes of apple core and apple peal. The flavor is sweet with a slight acidity setting in late as well as notes of lemon, wood, and apples. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Clear golden with a medium white short lasting head. Dry aroma with natural apples and wood. Dry flavour with natural apples, apple pie and woody hints. Finished dry.
