500ml bottle. Pours a clear golden colour with a fizzy white head that rapidly disappears and aroma of tart apple with a hint of barnyard. Taste is tangy apple juice, sweetish, with some vanilla, woody and earthy notes. Slightly oily mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonatiom, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Tommann got this spot on, exactly what he said. Wife wants to try this with roast chicken, think it’ll be a winner. Cracking cider.

Pale to medium gold with a thin, frothy, disappearing, off-white head. Smells of vanilla and apple juice, hay but mostly sweet apples. Medium body with no carbonation. Tastes of apple juice with a bit of tartness, vanilla, wood and a tart finish. Sweet. Almost an apple juice but refined and smoother
