This has been brewed to a special recipe to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee Year. It uses British organic "Sovereign" hops and malted British barley from selected organic farms, including Duchy Home Farm at Highgrove.

See: Golden orange, one finger slightly off white head. Smell: Malty on the nose. Hints of piney hops. Taste: Hoppy and bitter. Sharp hop taste cuts through from start to finish which gets more peppery as you go on. Slight hint of sweet malt at the front but quickly taken over by the bitterness. Pallet: Resinous and light bodied. Light carbonation with a medium finish. Nice English style IPA. It is hoppy but not the super-sharp explosive hoppiness of American style IPAs. Not a great hit of citrusy flavours but nicely bitter and as you drink on the malt comes through more to balance the flavours out.

Pale golden, decent enough crust of white head. Buttery, dank hop. Weirdly cheesy.

Bottle, Waitrose, Alps Tasting

Head is high with big bubbles and very light flavors. Clear orange body. Very light spices. Not sure there is enough spices to qualify for IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: Clear amber with finger thick ivory head. Aroma: Bread, yeast, cut grass, mineral and hint of umami. Taste: Medium bitter and sour with low/medium sweetness and a slight saltiness and umami quality. Palate: Thick coarse texture, light/medium body, average carbonation, abrupt malty, bitter, savoury finish. Comments: Tasty and glass lace.

500ml Bottle: BBD 12 May 2014, poured into two half-pint glasses at home on 15 Feb 2014. A full and fairly deep white crown sat on top of both golden copper coloured halves, the beer being clear and clean looking. The nose and taste were a fine blend of semi-sweet maltiness with peppery, spicy hops and a fruity undertone. Easy to drink and with enough alcohol kick to let you know you’ve had a drink.

500ml bottle. Kudos for producing an organic beer. Tastes more like an ESB than an IPA. Orange comes through from the hops but soap also and not a great flavour to find in a beer.
