Clear copper, small off white head fades. Caramel malt aroma. Sweet rich malty taste balanced well with a light earthy hop background, some dark fruit. Softly carbed, light - medium bodied. Long bitter finish. Nice enough. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Received for Pagan Winter Solstice celebrations. Head foams up white and very quickly subsides. This beer is is a regular amber in color and clear as itís filtered. Very mild aroma with not much standing out. Flavor is watery as I guess is kind of expected from filtered beer, a little bitter (not in a good way,) and generally very plain. Itís a light body, thin texture with mild carbonation. Overall, this is not terrible but pretty boring. I give it an extra point for using organic ingredients. We shouldnít even have that distinction...

500ml bottle, cellar cool. More mid-brown than ruby. Slightly hazy with a thin white head. abit of ripe red fruit in the aroma, and some plummy jammy flavour. Not bad, but not my type of beer really. I think itís O.K. but personally, I think this style needs a bit more warming alcohol.

Bottle from LCBO. Amber pour with a fast-fading head. The aroma is quite sweet with a little bit of caramel and some sweet crystal malt. Fruity esters with a touch of lingering sweetness. Has a very sweet candyish aroma and flavour. Meh - canít say Iím a fan of this one.
