Had some banana to it, actually. nice head...lace. But also had a strange grape nuts taste to it.

Jan 3, 2010 Bottle. Pours a deep amber with rocky cream colour head. Aromas are very nicely balanced with malt sweetness, caramel, honey, resiny hops and just a little smoke. Flavours are pretty much the same. Plenty of malt sweetness, caramel and honey. Finish is not super bitter but bitter all the same especially as the beer warms. Mouthfeel is a little tin, but nice all the same. Good easy drinking beer.

Jan 2, 2010 Pours a nice amber colour with a small tan head. The aroma is of caramel and fruits and it almsot smells like honey. The taste is a little sweet, but there are some hops present and the finish is bitter. The beer feels quite smooth on the palate as well. Overall a good beer, it was enjoyable.

Dec 9, 2009 Amber orange with fine frothy white head that quickly dissipates in a pint glass. Smells of sweet tangerine, cereal and straw, light fruity jam. Taste is grassy hop and bread, hints of fruit and red licorice in the mid-palate, finishes with some caramel and hop spice. Carbonation starts lively but finishes soft, medium body and creamy texture. Overall this organic ale has fresh taste and drinkability but lacks any outstanding qualities.

Nov 24, 2009 500ml bottle. Pours clear copper-orange with a short lasting medium sized tan head that provides soapy lacing. Aromas of caramel, marmalade and floral/citrus hops. Light malty flavours with a gentle orangey sweetness and a good floral hop bitterness. Medium bodied with a low carbonation and slick mouthfeel. Easy drinking. Nice one.

Nov 23, 2009 Bottle. Pours a mostly clear but lightly hazy copper color with a bright white foamy head. Nose is lightly floral hops with a light spiciness as well. Palate is full and smooth with a nice bite in the finish. Flavors of light piney and spicy hops with a light malty grain note.

Nov 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange amber with an average off-white head. aroma of cooked peaches, caramel, and a hint of citrus. Caramel and tangerine are the dominant flavours, some nettley hops in the finish. Medium bitterness. Just okay for me.
