daboskabouter (1469), Fergus, Ontario, Canada Jan 3, 2008 Bright golden colour with a large, rocky, almond coloured head. A nice lace clings to the glass as emptied. The nose is fresh anxd vegetal with some fruit and grass mixed in there. There is a very light bitterness at the front followed by grass. It certainly is organic tasting, but there’s not much going on. One-sided and boring.
Bullit (589), Glasgow, Scotland Oct 12, 2008 Amber colour, tiny white head. Aroma has bitter hops. Flavour is more of caramel malts and bread. Clean palate. Light bitter. bembelembe (56), Zagreb, Croatia Sep 29, 2008 Very good organic beer. Roasted malt with very herbal flavor mixed with bitter hoppy taste. Traces of fruit (orange), caramel aroma and hints of nutmeg. Bittery herbal aftertaste. Amber-copper color. Medium carbonated. rkuhnel (1144), Eureka, California, USA Aug 27, 2008 The was $4.45 for the bottle at the Northcoast Coop in Arcata, CA.. IT poured a hazy amber to brown color with not much head and lacing. Aroma of malts and ripe fruti. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor shows some hops with a little bitterness, which also shows in the finish. This is quite drinkable but not in the least remarkable. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Aug 25, 2008 16.9oz bottle-pours a rich tan head that laces and slightly hazed copper color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-caramel, bread, medium fruit-plum. Taste is earthy medium malt-caramel, bread, medium fruit-plum, some herbal. Some off notes. Mild carbonation. oteyj (344), Canterbury, New Hampshire, USA Aug 12, 2008 Murky brown pour with one finger white head. Aroma is of sweet caramel malt, toasty biscuit, and grassy hops. Flavor is sweet with caramel with a bit of acidity. Hop bitterness is present, but barely. Palate is smooth, but horribly thin. Carbonation is minimal. Nothing special here...
