Well I was expecting an amber body but it was fairly golden and on the menu blackboard it was 3.7%. Probably the least favourite on the day but that is not to say it was a bad drop. Just that it didn’t have a lot characters standing out to excite me. A touch of honey, malt but no hops to give some balancing bitterness.

This wasn’t a bad drop. I thought, as far as ambers, it will be beyond it’s alcohol content (3.5% ABV). Pours a deep gold, very clear, with a short soapy white head that produces a good lace. Bitter, slightly metallic nose, with a light ’munich malt’ aroma coming through in the end. Very clean liquor in the mouth, woody and slightly nutty malt tones, light bodied and sprightly in carbonation. Finishes with a medium length bitter and malty swallow All flavours seemed a little subdued, though, but it worked well for this likable, light weight thirst quencher.

On tap at brewery: Pours a clear copper amber with a small pale yellow head. Decent medium light fruity biscuity malt aroma. Light soft smooth low carb palate. Medium bland caramelly sweet and low bitter hops with touch of roasted malt flavours.Stalish malty sweet, lackluster finish. This one had less house flavour than the others.
