Had a couple of this style of beer now and while this wasn’t my favourite it wasn’t the worst that I have rated either(still Colonials version was improved the 2nd time I visited there). Lemon coloured body with a good head, fruit on the nose following through to the taste.

A new beer to the stable apparently, but a welcome one for its style and suitability to the current climate. This looks fine in the glass with the requisite amber colour and pleasant head. There is little hop resence here but good for the type of beer you are looking for. The beer is well balanced and is certainly a pass me another. We didn’t as the ever patient Jenny was probably getting a bit tired of the softies we kept on buying her.
