Bottle: Copper to light amber coloured, small off-white head, sticking to the glass; fruity (raisins) and caramelly nose, faint aromas of roasted malts; slightly malty, quite dry flavour, rather light bodied; fruity and malty finish with a distinctive, almost aromatic, bitterness in the end. Not bad, not unpleasant, maybe a bit too "light"...............

Amber colour with a medium, mostly lasting off white head. Aroma of malt and hobs. Sweet taste of malt. Lasting taste.

Light amber color, clean; medium sized creamy head. Light aroma of dust, caramel, wood. Correct mouthfeel, with a semi-dry caramel flavor, and a dusty impression; correct bitterness. Unimpressive.

Golden color. Aroma of wet malt and corn. Some malt taste, medium body, caramel, bold bitterness, metallic aftertaste.

Draught. White shoret lived head. Golden copper body. Caramel, hops, roasted flavor. Served too cold so aroma difficult to judge. Could only smell malts.

Copper colour with lasting head. The aroma is malty, slightly yeasty, with a hint of wood. The flavour is malty with a decent balance from the hops and beechwood aging.

Copper colour, off-white tall head. Fresh aroma with malty notes. Soft carbonation. Malty sweet, nutty flavour woth spicy notes.

Clear sparkling copper with sparse fine head. Soft aroma with a bit of fruity malt. Not bad caramel and fruity taste, moderate body, short dryish finish. Pretty good.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pours copper coloured and sparkling clear with a thin, patchy head. The aromas are of tinny malt and caramel with some metallic aroma with some fruit and a little metallic with no obvious alcohol or hops in the nose. Feels a little thin and dry in the mouth and is harshly carbonated. Flavour of thin, tinny malt, boiled sweets and some fruitiness. Unpleasant pasteurised rubbish, reminds me of some horrible bottled thing from Wychwood.
