To carbonated, has a malty flavour, but too bitter and metallic feel to it.

HogTownHarry (4809) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - JUL 11, 2005
UPDATED: AUG 24, 2005 Bottle (500ml) Pours bright, clear, orange-copper - a peak of rocky, slightly off-white foam, left clumpy rocky lace. Nice column of tiny bubbles. Aroma of mild malt, some balancing bitter hop, root vegetable, a bit sour, with an over-wash of musty wood - nice. Taste is more hoppy than malt, but a nice balance, with the woody tone dominating - I guess it is beechwood aged; touch of orange zest. Lingers with an almost grapefruit bitterness and the pungent woodiness. Better than I was expecting.
