Cask at Max’s. Pours a hazy, bright yellow with one ring of white head. Nose is apricot, a little grass, fall fruits, canned pears, pineapple. Flavor is sweet, canned fruit, very little bourbon or barrel, light tropical fruit, pineapple. Full bodied, sticky sweet finish.

Cask at Max’s. Pours clear golden brown with a large, creamy off-white head, long retention with light lacing. Aroma is bourbon, vanilla, cookie and honey malt, Belgian yeast, light fruity esters and spices. Flavor is malty with spices, Belgian yeast, sweet bourbon and sugars with a dry finish, somewhat from the alcohol. Full body, high warmth, medium carbonation.
