Bottle- pours brown with an off white head it's smells of malty coffee beans and sweet caramel. It has a nice mouthfeel smooth almond toffee and it is present indeed. It's light in alcohol, only 5 percent. The flavor is sweet and robust and it lasts average. Overall, it's a tasty brewski.

12oz bottle from Manahawkin Spirits. Pours a hazy amber/brown color with a small fast fading tan head. Aroma of sweet toffee, a mild nuttiness, roasted malt, and a hint of watered down coffee. Taste is much the same. Clean and crisp with big toffee notes up front and in the finish. Also notes of roasted malt, and mild bitter coffee.

Pours a nice brown, like a dark iced tea. The head is not frothy, kind of faded quickly. Aroma is roasted caramel and toffee. Very yummy smelling for sure. Taste is bitter with toffee lingering on the back of the tongue. Chalky finish.

Thin light brown head of fine bubbles. Toasted almonds, toast, smoked malts and a hint of chocolate in the aroma with lots of nutty goodness. Color is a hazy dark mahogany. Moderately dry and chalky mouthfeel with more roasted grains, almonds, smoke and toffee. Light bitterness late swallow. A pretty well balanced and easy drinking brew.

Bottled 12/04/13. Nose faint milk chocolate and light dark malt, there’s some almond milk and mildly acrid amber ale, lights hops. Pours is a deep, light-sucking brown-amber with a rather ephemeral beige head. Light body hovers around watery, has some malt though, lightly sweet with no real bitterness, but light citric and prickling hops and mild chocolate way in the background. Faint nuts, as well -- this is a watered down trail mix brown, but a clean and very drinkable one. Touch of stale urine/funk and alcohol seemingly over 5% (though not extreme) are enough to bring it down a notch.
