3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle, thanks to my parents for bringing this back for me. Good piney hops. Clear amber color. Lots of sediment suspended inside. Good, off-white head, with good retention. Leaves plenty lace. Smooth, lighter carbonation, kind of a creamy finish. Light bitter taste, little sweetness. Nice assertive light bite, little caramel malts. Satisfying tasty IPA.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
BOOM!!! Thatís what this beer does in your mouth. Great hops and a sweet malt backbone. The aroma entices you and then the flavor overwhelms your tastebuds. This is not a beer you want to drink first if youíre sampling many because it wrecks your palate...but I like that!
Color- burnt orange
Head- off-white with lacing

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle. Pour is a beautiful copper color with quarter inch head that disappeared quick. Aroma is sweet of citrus and a hint of caramel malt. Mouth follows suit of aroma. A quick hop bite up front. Malty throughout and a tangy, yet dry finish. Medium bodied. A little off balanced to me but not too bad.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Draft at bwi airport. Hazy copper with a minimal head. Way too malty with barely any Motueka character detectable. Iíll force it down but wholly unimpressive

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from the bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a semi-cloudy amber-orange color with an average, light-tan, foamy head with average retention, and modest cling and lacing. The aroma had citrus and pine hops, with touches of sugar and molasses, and also some caramel and a slight sour-candy scent. The taste was bitter and sour with a grainy flavor along with some lightly sweet and subtle notes of sugar and candy. The beer had a full, dry mouthfeel, and was a touch syrupy, with average carbonation and life.

On tap at one of their restaurants.
A very good IPA on a random stop to refuel after a few flight delays. Definitely can smell the fruit flavors. Nice hoppy finish.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This was purchased from the new Libbie Market at Ridgefield. The new grocer in the West End has an excellent selection of beers. This IPA poured a light amber with a white head and serious lacing down the glass. This medium bodied ale is an excellent beverage. The carbonation is averge. The citrus aroma from the hops captures your attention from the start. The finish has a nice bitterness that stays in the top of your mouth. The finish is a smooth with some lingering bitterness.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Weak orange peel nose. Clear orange, thin yellow head. Surprisingly strong flavor of whole orange, peanut hulls. Orange peel finish. Strong, full flavored, but medium bodied, not heavy.

Bottle. The hoppy, sweet aroma hints at some fruit I've never had, maybe with maple syrup. The flavor's also juicy, confusing, and neither bad nor delicious. I'm sure these weird characteristics come from the hops, and I can't decide what I think about them, but they're unique. Very much worth trying...not sure about buying again.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Copper in color. Thatís a boring statement but really is the best description you can give it. Along with a small sudsy lingering head that you see through. The aroma, like the flavor is sweeter and maltier than I though it would be. Itís too sweet though almost cloyingly so.
