COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A medium-bodied, golden IPA that gets in your face from first sweet sip to crisp, dry finish with the exotic tropical fruit flavors and aromas of New Zealand Motueka hops. With just enough malt character to keep the aggressive hop presence in check, and an unruly 7.5% abv, this brew was seemingly born to kick ass. And RAZE HELL!

Poured from the bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a semi-cloudy amber-orange color with an average, light-tan, foamy head with average retention, and modest cling and lacing. The aroma had citrus and pine hops, with touches of sugar and molasses, and also some caramel and a slight sour-candy scent. The taste was bitter and sour with a grainy flavor along with some lightly sweet and subtle notes of sugar and candy. The beer had a full, dry mouthfeel, and was a touch syrupy, with average carbonation and life.

So I put off rating d becasue of the sweet bayby ho-zay confict, but got over that. Slightly weeird oroma of oiled saddles. Cloudy yellah. cramy head. taste evolves. starts rather friendly and then goes to ignor you then rizes to get in yer face. Finish is same as the minutes continue.

Just found the notes on this. I’ve had this twice and it was in a pint glass. The appearance was a nice slightly hazy orange but it still showed a decent looking transparency. The head was about a nice white color that dissipated within less than thirty seconds and it left a decent looking soapy looking lacing. The smell had a decent allocation of piney to citrus to earthy hops. The taste was mostly bitter but it did allow a decent sweetness to come out as the beer warmed. On the palate, this one sat at/about a medium in body with a fairly decent sessionability running about the mouth and tongue. The carbonation was good for the style as it had a good harshness pummeling my tongue. Overall, good AIPA well worthy of having again.

Poured from bottle. Pine and citrus hops and ocean in aroma. Solid amber with just a bit of head. I taste a ton of hops, grapefruit/citrus followed by pine, floral and grass. Malt is sweet, almost honey flavor - complements hops nicely. Pear notes. Alcohol flavor in back. Good drinkability for a beer with this much going on. Great IPA.

Hazy light amber with rimming offwhite head; aroma is mildly sweet with some flowery hop notes; Flava is hoppy with notes of wood; feels medium thick with a fizzy bite; finishes dry hoppy bitter

From bottle. Rye, grain, bit of skunk and caramel in the nose. Hazy copper body with medium foamy off-white lacing head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts medium dry with light warming. Caramel. Hoppy and resinous finish, lightly bitter and sweet. Sweetish after.
