2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Just going through all the Oktoberfests I massed up over the past couple months before they go bad. This one is average among a category that strives for average. Pours brown with OK head and lacing. A little touch of mash sourness. Some barley. Aftertaste gets annoying after a few sips. Bottle.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap, I would have never known this was to be an october fest beer. Some of that typical ipa aroma in there. Pale yellow with a big foamy head. Flat no co2. Does have some fruity attributes to it. Does not seem to be over the top in alky content. Not as rude as many october fest beers but it does carry a bit of uneasiness to it. Yes, somebody could easily mistaken this stuff with a milder ipa, go figger.
