This full bodied brown ale creates chaos with an anarchic mix of clove and banana flavors, and wreaks havoc on the senses with an unruly alcohol content

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-bronze color with a huge foamy orange-tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet toasted caramel, light fruits, bread and a bit of mustiness. The flavor was tangy and malty with notes of caramel, bread and a bit of tart citrus. Long finish. Medium body. Nice.

Horrid. Absolute Horrid beer. The worst thing I’ve ever had from DuClaw and I love their stuff generally. It tasted like I was drinking mud.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a orange copper color with a medium-sized foamy beige head. Sweet caramel malt nose. Flavor is more caramel malt and some notes of banana. Overly sweet with wheat-like tendencies.

Tap. Pours clear hazel, medium creamy tan head, great lacing and residual. Aroma is smoky first, hints of roast, faint banana. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, smoke and hints of banana and bubblegum. Not very weizen-y. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Meh.

Nice weizen that has some bready and bannana flavors. Good alcohol brings warmth to the beer.

I'm not happy with sweet water overall, but this one is decent. Not the best Hefeweizen but it's got a nice finish. I would consider getting this again if nothing else on tap was appealing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at DuClaw Arundel Mills. Pours clear bright copper with a fizzy off white head. Tastes like dried fruits, boozy, and sweet roasted malt. Light/medium body and carbonation. Smells like dried fruits, roasted malt, and light booze.

This beer is a little thin with a poperri like flavor, finishes with a wild yeast taste
