3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from a great trader! Pours a near clear golden amber with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma is sweet with wheat, grain and some backing caramel. Flavor is similarly sweet with grains and caramel and has a bit of light fruit underlying.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy, muddy tan color, okay, off-white head. Sweet honeyed wheat nose, pungent with peach alcohol and brimming with fruitiness. Boozy, peachy full-bodied wheat beer with plenty of alcohol buzz and a touch of bitterness to balance out the sweet fruitiness. This one packs a punch, but itís well-suited for the winter months. Not bad at all.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours filtered with a bronze golden hue. Finger width of bone white head. Aromas of cereal grains and strawberry Crunchberries. Full bodied with a honey sweet and estery flavor. Good dose of alcohol and rather astringent. Dark fruity flavors mixed with subtle citrus notes and pitted fruit. As it warms the alcohol really shines

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle bought about a year or so ago. I dunno. Pours a deep amber/gold with a slight white head. Big fruity, tropical aroma. Taste is sticky sweet, citrus, yeasty. Still a nice hops presence still. Nice booze burn.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a small foamy head with average retention and light lacing. Aroma of light residual sugar notes with some caramelized malt notes. Taste is also dominated by dry caramelized malt with some light grainy notes and a dry finish. Body is slighter thinner then average with average carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I thought this was not as warm as most wheat wine Iíve taste before and probably a tad more dry then I was expecting.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap 5 oz. sample at DuClaw in Bowie, MD.
Hazy, golden straw color with an off-white head and very good lacing.
Aroma of lemon, wheat, bread, sweet malt, honey, orange, herbs and the clove-like spice that shows up in many beers from this brewpub's Bowie location.
Taste of citrus, chili peppers, orange, honey, wheat, sweet malt.
Medium body and high/medium carbonization.
The bottled version I had previously was a great beer, with no hot pepper and not overly sweet. I can't say the same about this brewpub version. It's basically sweet, wheaty and hot.

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
I guess this is good as a barley wine, but for me it was too much like a wine and not beer. Too fruity and lacked carbination.
