Sampled at the Arundel Mills location. Pours a clear brownish cranberry color with a medium head. Poor head retention and lacing. The aroma is faint with notes of caramel and a finish of leafy hops. Taste is nuts, plum, caramel and very faint hops. Medium bodied.

An orange to red amber ale with a thin off white head. A light caramel and butterscotch aroma, with nice fruity esters. In mouth, a sweet malt with light British hops. Lighter bodied. On tap at Duclaw Baltimore, Dec. 29 2008.

20090207 Tap at Bel Air location. Dark amber with frothy tan head. Nutty aroma plus light rubber, earthy hops. Pleasantly soft body. Reminds a bit of a UK mild.

Pours a pretty ruby red color with a small white head. Tatse is caramel and roasted nuts. Thin body. Drinkable, but unremarkable.

Deep amber pour with a gooey white head and lace. Sour malt aroma. Medium malt flavor with a light bitter. A little thin with good carbonation. Not a bad beer for the style.

7/16/08 - Draft sample at Bowie brewpub. Pours red with brown hues, and a creamy, egg-shell head. Nose is caramel and slight chocolate malt. Taste is sweet caramel malt with mild roast and some grassy hop notes. Clean and dry. Good lacing.
