Gourmet chocolate raspberry coffee is used in the brewing process to achieve this unique flavor and aroma. With a rich dark color this medium bodied stout finishes fairly dry with subtle hints of chocolate, coffee and raspberry flavors.

Fresh bottle. Pours brown/black, no head. Aroma is very light...some raspberry, some chocolate. Hard to discern. Taste was a bit of a let down. Im not sure what "gourmet chocolate raspberry coffee" is...that sounds like a bit of a misnomer. The raspberry flavor was faint, in the background, and too indistinct to be a pleasant accent. Not much in the way of coffee flavor either. In all, a bit too light for me.

Pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is very mild with dark roasted malt and fruity notes. Taste is sweet dark malt, mild coffee and chocolate with a bit of artificial raspberry flavor. Palate is medium body with good carbonation, slightly dry astringent. The finish is same as taste with some lingering roasted malt coffee and mild raspberry flavor mild bitterness. Was expecting a bit more substance from this brew, improves as it warms up a bit. Overall an ok brew nothing stand out.

Thin light brown head of fine bubbles. Nice chocolatey aroma with some mild coffee, raspberries and dark roasted malts. Color is a very dark brown. Rather dry palate with some more mild coffee, some chocolate covered raspberries and burnt toast. Lingering coffee and dark bitter chocolate. A decent stout. Not really enough fruit in here to call this a fruit beer.

Coffee chocolate raspberries all prominent in nose and taste. All good flavors, though not quite right. It seems forced. On tap at blend.

Bottle shared by Bruce, thanks for the opportunity! Pours a solid black color with a smallish tan head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of caramel chocolate, coffee, and a hint of berries. The flavor is a wow out of this world. Creamy chocolate covered raspberries with a hint of caramel and earth. This is like drinking a valentines day fruited chocolate. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a creamy silky mouthfeel. This beer wowed me! Great fruited stout that I enjoyed the hell out of.

Bottled 12/26/13. Nose of good coffee and gourmet chocolate, raspberry there as well and well-integrated. Pours pitch with a tan head. Razz much stronger in the mouth, cuts right through the middle like a drill, melds well with the chocolate but ultimately is more of an accent. Coffee is reduced, but brings the nice low-lying bitterness and very mildly astringent note. Medium body, crisp; the whole thing is bright and fresh, perhaps too sweet for me/volume drinking, but well crafted. I just like this kind of thing to be much drier and more restrained.

Its been a while since I had one, but Id say the comparable is Dark Horses Tres, if blueberries were switched for raspberries. The coffee is that low here.

Pours a dark black which is very deceiving. Has a sweet raspberry aroma. Taste has some stout (chocolate/coffee) flavor, but is overwhelming with its fruity taste.

Dark, hints of cocoa, coffee, and berry. Fruit flavor is not too strong or artificial. Roasted malt, dark and charred. Long smooth finish.
