Unplug with this golden IPA infused with grapefruit, citrus, and notes of pine by a vagabond blend of seven hops that continues to roam your palate long after the beer’s crisp finish. Pop the top, it’s time to..... disconnect!

Bottle. Hazy gold with a perfect long lasting 1 finger head. Citrusy fruit aroma of mainly grapefruit. Cracker malts, pine, huge bitterness, and cough syrup style resins are added on the taste. Not very good, too bitter and unbalanced. For 6.5% this drinks like its 12. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear dark golden body, medium sized off-white head, spotty lacing. Notes of grapefruit and orange zest. Mild crackery malt. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, mellow malt sweetness leaves a smooth, ever-so-slightly syrup feel. Moderate bitterness.

Pours from 12 oz bottle a clear amber with rising fizzy white head. Aroma is dank, pine, and grassy hops, citrus fruit, biscuit and cracker malts, and faint caramel. Flavour forward of grapefruit, herbal, and pine hops with pear esters and cracker malt. Eh....

Draft at Beer Study. Pours a hazy golden orange with one finger of creamy off white head. Nose shows citrus rind and herbal hops with some resinous notes and bready malt backing. Kind of fruity in the flavor with some sweet citrus and resinous notes on the finish. Medium full body with a piney bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper body with a one finger frothy white head that left some heavy lace. The nose is a mix of grapefruit hops and a heavy caramel and crystal malt base. Not a fan of crystal malt in IPAs, so Im not expecting a whole lot from this. The flavor is exactly what I was expecting, tons of sweet crystal malt. It tastes like a mix of brown sugar and iced tea with a minimal bitterness on the finish. The hops are pretty light as well, which really doesn’t help the situation. Medium bodied and slightly clingy with fizzy carbonation. Meh, this is one that I just can’t recommend.
