Cask. Pours hazy copper with thick, frothy white head; good retention and some lacing. Aroma is cookie malt, light fruit, floral hops, and faint caramel. Flavor is heavy malt and fruit esters with light hops; sweet, slightly dry finish. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation.

Cask at Mahaffey’s. Pours lightly hazy amber with a frothy, white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is fruity esters and hops with pine and citrus hops and light biscuit malt. Flavor is heavy hops and bitterness, supporting malt and fruity esters with a dry finish. Medium body, warmth and carbonation.
