3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft... Pours clear and yellow with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Good retention. Huge, wonderful aroma of earthy, cat-pissy simcoe and fruity citra hops. Light-bodied with fizzy carbonation. The flavor furnishes citrusy, mildly earthy bitterness. Crisp, zippy, refreshing finish. Excellent session IPA. A joy to drink it fresh and from the tap.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle at Christina’s in Strasburg,VA The IPA poured a hazy gold with a white head in the glass jar. The ale was keep too cold to get much aroma. It pours a deep gold color with a fluffy off white head. The taste was clean and dry with some resin. The lower alcohol is easy too drink but lacks some of the character that IPAs have. The citra hops offers some citrus to taste. The light body ale had average carbonation. The dry finish had some resin at the end. This is a lightweight IPA.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice and easy drinking. Lots of flavor for a low ABV brew. Pours hazy yellow with a small head. The aroma is misty sweet malt. The flavor has the sweetness up front then ends with the pine and citrus from the hops. The finish is nicely dry and refreshing.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap at Bowie. Filtered orange-yellow body, respectable creamy off-white head. Big citra hop flavor. The malt bill is solid, maybe a touch thicker than others in the style. Still nails it, solid Citra Pale Ale.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap 5 oz. sample at DuClaw in Bowie, MD.
Clear, light yellow-amber with an off-white head and good lacing.
Aroma of pine, citrus, caramel, bread and mango.
Taste of pine, orange, caramel, mango, floral hops and bread. The interesting opposition of malt and hops seems not so much like a balance as a tug of war.
Medium body and medium carbonation.
