4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
This beer is very hoppy but perfectly balanced by malt. For such a high ABV this beer goes down very smooth with almost no alcohol taste, excellent!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Duclaw’s best beer out of their "all the time" selections. Its not even close, this is the exact opposite of what their other "all the time" beers are. Thick, powerful, beautiful appearance both when poured and after consumed "great lace". Super bitter finish, you dont get cheated with this beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Shared a 22oz bottle. Poured a slightly hazy copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma was very malt-forward, but not very hoppy here. Flavor was about the same, malt-forward, no where near as hoppy as expected. Drinkable, but meh.

22 ounce bottle form Whole Foods Market Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear amber color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of floral and citrus hop notes. The taste is bitter resiny hops with citrus and tropical notes. Melon as well. Some toffee malts in the background are pretty much dominated by the hops. Medium bodied.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from bomber a deep copper color with off-white head, soapy with lacing that sticks to the glass. Aromas of floral, grass, and earthiness. Taste is medium to heavy sweet. Some bitterness but on the back end with a dry finish. Overall, not bad, but maybe a bit sweet. Would like to see a better balance of hops and malts.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz into a pint glass. Aromas are resinous, floral, and malty. The beer pours a clear and well carbonated amber with a frothy off-white head. Tastes are malty and sweet with a nice bittering hop finish. The hops give a floral note, and some bitterness, but the malt is really sweet to me. Probably a bit too much for my liking. Has a good overall taste, and would drink it again, but would prefer it not so sweet.
