COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sweet Baby Jesus Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter is a complex, robust porter. It is jet black in color with a tan, rocky head, full body and creamy, luxurious mouthfeel. Its lightly sweet, malty flavor is accented by strong notes of chocolate, coffee and peanut butter, and balanced by a subtle hop character and moderate 6.5% abv. Sweet Baby Jesus finishes smooth, dry and roasty with notes of chocolate, espresso and peanut butter so tasty, youíll have no choice but to exclaim the name!

Served on-tap at Alís of Hampden. A - Pours dark brown with a small off white head leaving spotty trails of thin lace down the top part of the glass. S - Smells of fresh toasted peanuts, bakers chocolate and the dark roasted grain. The nuts are strong, combining with the chocolate to make this ones nose exactly as advertised. T - Tastes just like it smells, maybe with a bit less nuts, making it a bit more balanced. Some light hop bitterness comes through as it warms up. Finish is roasty, lingering on the palate for quite awhile after consumption. M - Heavy body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, roasty feel. Finish is roasty, lingering for quite awhile. O- Overall a pretty good chocolate PB beer but not the best I have had. Definitely worth a shot if your into this kind of beer, just donít expect the something mind blowing.

12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours black with a lacy, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, some chocolate and peanut butter, some sweet malts, light flora hops, and some dough. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything. Average to smoother texture. A very cool beer.

One of my favorite brews. A big fan of stouts and porters, the subtle chocolate, peanut butter and coffee flavors are delightful. So glad I discovered it at my favorite little place, Three Rivers Six Pack shop in Delmont,PA.

Poured from 12oz bottle. Nothing subtle with this beer. Found the flavorings obnoxious and over the top. --you've been Dubbed.

Pours opaque sable with a thin buff head. Aroma has strong roast malt and coffee notes. Flavor teases with coffee, caramel and subtle molasses notes. Texture is on the thin side, tho, and not fizzy. Still, a sweet brew.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, dark black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, big chocolate, dark fruit, hints of coffee into big peanut, sweet vanilla notes. Taste is a mix of big peanuts, nuts, vanilla, honey, hints of dark chocolate, some coffee, finishing very sweet. Pretty tasty if you are into this type of beer.

2014-08-15. Very dark brown-black body with a nice tan head. 3++ Aroma is dry and cocoa like, cocoa crispies or other chocolate cereal. Flavour is pretty interesting , the cocoa cereal impression dominates for the most part. Average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. Pretty nice, it pairs well with the chocolate chip muffin. Intriguingly I didnít identify much peanut butter. On tap at Campground Brewdown
