COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sweet Baby Jesus Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter is a complex, robust porter. It is jet black in color with a tan, rocky head, full body and creamy, luxurious mouthfeel. Its lightly sweet, malty flavor is accented by strong notes of chocolate, coffee and peanut butter, and balanced by a subtle hop character and moderate 6.5% abv. Sweet Baby Jesus finishes smooth, dry and roasty with notes of chocolate, espresso and peanut butter so tasty, you’ll have no choice but to exclaim the name!

One of the best tasting beers on my list, better love peanut butter. Peanut butter aroma is stronger than taste, and taste is perfect. I am parcel to peanut butter though.

How is this beer? It tastes like Swiss-miss with peanut butter added. Ridiculous and delicious. Try it if you can find it!

Delightful color, head and aroma present in the initial pour. Smooth mouthfeel, not to fizzy, and just the right balance of chocolate (almost stout) and real peanut butter. One of my favorites. A gift from the DuClaw brewmaster. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bought a six pack at quick six. This is a very tasty porter. Pours dark brown with small head. Sweet chocolate smell and taste. Mild hop finish provides a nice balance.

Pours a lovely mahogany with a tan head. Has a very robust smell of peanut butter and chocolate. You immediately taste the peanut butter but then after you taste dark chocolate. Leaves a clean after taste.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2013 Pours a dark chocolatety black. A thick tanish head fizzes up, but doesn’t last too long. Soon as you pour it you smell coffee/peanutty deliciousness! It hits the nostrils immediately. You really want to take a whiff again to get the hints of peanut butter. When you drink it the tastes are in this order, light peanut butter, coffee, chocolate, sweet baby Jesus! There is a small amount of bitterness to the palate at the end and sometimes during but it’s smooth to the end.
