First brewed in 2011, this Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter is jet black in color with a tan, rocky head, full body and creamy, luxurious mouthfeel. Its lightly sweet, malty flavor is accented by rich flavors of chocolate, coffee and peanut butter, and balanced by a subtle hop character and moderate 6.2% abv. Sweet Baby Jesus finishes smooth, dry, and roasty with lingering notes of chocolate and peanut butter so savory, you will exclaim its name!

Deep brown in the glass with minimal off-white head. Aroma of peanut butter and toasted malt. Rich palate with chocolate and peanut butter flavors. Taste reminds me of eating chocolate and peanut butter Easter candies. Really interesting beer.

On tap. Robust aroma with strong vanilla and chocolate flavors with a little taste of hazelnut coffee. Roasted malt finish makes this a complex and tasty ale ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. I was scared. Looks like a porter. Aroma and flavour are the same: peanut butter cup ice cream. But it is still a porter. Interesting, but one is enough. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours black. Aroma has a ton of chocolate and peanut butter. Taste is a milder form of the aroma.

Smells of chocolate and artificial peanut butter. Taste is super sweet with more artificial tasting peanut butter and milk chocolate. A gimmicky beer I won't try again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle 8/1/16 (Kroger Bridge Street Dublin, Ohio)-46° in English Pint-Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, peanut butter, and malt. Taste of the same with more chocolate and peanut butter. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and down right tasty. Nice brew.

Dark brown, thick pour. Smells and taste as damn near close as you can get to a liquid reese’s cup. It’s a filler with a good finish. Not really possible to drink more than one of these suckers at a time

Pours black with a tan head and an aroma of chocolate and, yes, peanut butter. Tastes of cocoa, wood and malt with a very very mild finish.

12 ounce bottle, unfortunately the date stamp on the bottle is smudged so I have no idea what it says. This bottle was a gift from a friend of mine and I’m sure he gave me this at least a couple months ago. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention is decent, and there isn’t much lacing at all. I like the aroma, the brew smells like peanut butter, chocolate and roasted malt. Really, it smells like a Reese’s Cup. I think the taste is just like the aroma, it mostly tastes like a Reese’s Cup and some roasted malt. It’s sweet with a decent amount of bitterness. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s smooth, easy to drink and has a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good brew, I know I’d like to try this again in the future.
