Very refreshing and maybe touch to lite for me but still good. This beer would go well with a white flaky fish. Citrus more on the lemon side are in the aroma and one of the first things u taste.

Slightly hazy amber with a thin head. The aroma has bread and malt with a bit of lemon. The flavor starts sweet but the hops take over soon after. Lemon and grapefruit and a hint of sweetness. Nice beer.

Tap. Golden with decent head. Not as hoppy as I like my IPAs. Kind of had a hint of butteriness and came off as cereally to me.

650 ml bottle. (State Line Liquors) Elkton, MD.
Slightly cloudy deep golden colour with small off-white head. Mild malt, fruity hops and mint in aroma. Mint, bitter hops and grainy malt in flavour. Very dry. One dimensional.

Bottle. Pours clear golden orange with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is spicy lemon and earthy hops with biscuit and straw malt, tropical fruity esters. Flavor is heavy hops and medium bitterness, light malt and fruity esters with a dry finish. Medium to light body and medium carbonation.

Bottle. Clear gold pour, white head. Aroma is all sorachi ace - tame and fruity hop, light citrus lemon-like aroma. Taste is much maltier, crisp gold malt, some fruity pineapple like hop flavors, honey, lemon. Palate is semi-dry and well carbed. Good.

Bottle. Silky smooth visuals, light yellow-orange color, with a roiling head of white foam. The beer drinks with a slick mouthfeel, pretty much an easy-going drinker. There’s just a tinge of lemongrassy bitterness in the finish. (#4787, 9/23/2012)

The medium gold body easily supports a tall, long lasting head of white. Sweet ripe citrus aroma. Lightly bitter flavor, a firm dryness moves in quickly and builds into the finish. Not a hop monster, but firmly dry and bitter start to finish.

Good way to get to know the hop. I’ve stuck my nose in bags full of Sorachi Ace pellets and this was not far off. Farly subdued lemon-zesty-herbal-grassy hop aroma, but hop flavor not as prominent as I’d hoped and resinous bitterness takes over after a while. Lovely deep golden color. Draft at Pizzeria Paradiso near Dupont Cirle, I think.

Bomber from Once Upon a Vine. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of caramel malts with herbal, citrus and leafy hops. The taste is citrus and tropical hops with earthy, nutty notes and pale malts. Mdiun bodied, slight lingering bitterness, well balanced. Nice beer.
