A collaboration brewed with Tim Ogden, head brewer of Cigar City Brewpub. Named after the historic bar and hotel on Route 60 in Yeehaw Junction, this rye IPA is brewed with local Florida honey and Temple oranges. The citrus intermingles with the hoppy nature and spices of the rye malts for a full flavored IPA.

On tap at CCB, poured a dark orangish color with aromas of orange peel, citrus, light spicy rye, and some bitterness. Flavors are the same, some pine, citrus, orange peel, rye, and light bitterness in the aftertaste. A solid beer.

Tap. Moderate malt and hop aromas of roasted grain, caramel pine and orange peel, light soap for the yeas with pepper and light dried fruit in the background. Head is average size, frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is slightly hazy medium amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, a little slick with a soft carbonation. Really awesome aromas from this IPA, and very easy drinking. I could drink lots of this.
