A collaboration beer brewed with Due South Brewing, from Florida. This Rye IPA is truly locally inspired. Fresh Valencia oranges are used in three stages of making this beer along with honey from the hills above Sant Joan de Mediona. The citrus from the fruit intermingles with hop flavours and the spiciness of the rye malts for a full flavored IPA.

Watery aroma, some minerals. Much fuller palate, plenty of spicy rye. Simple palate, it’s a bit watery and flat. It’s an uninteresting pale ale once the rye has passed.
