On draft at Due South. Very hoppy with a dry finish. Got a good amount of malt backing with slight citrus in the flavor.

Deep golden hued brew, tan head, great lacing. Loads of citrus notes in aromas. Hefty malt base leads into herbal dry hoppy finish.

12 oz. can from Fritz123 - thanks again, Mason! Pours a hazy orange color with a lot of floating yeast sediment and a huge, barely off-white head, rocky, that leaves a lot of lace when it settles unevenly. Aroma of grapefruit, pine resin, florals, soap, grass, and sweet and caramel malts. Flavor of pine resin, caramel malts, florals, brown sugar, and leaves. Medium-bodied, with a somewhat resinous, somewhat tea-like mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Finishes with a little sugary sweetness. Decent.

Can thanks to Phil. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy off white head. The aroma is strong pine and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with strong pine, resin, and light bitter finish. Very good.

12 ounce can
Thanks to a generous trader for sending this refreshing imperial IPA. While it is a bit of a heavy hitter to drink all the time it is interesting enough that it served its purpose of refreshing on a warm summer evening. Hopefully their other beers are at least this good.

Aroma / Appearance - A bronze semitransparent head bubbles with life under a soft white head. Orange polish, light citrus, and hoppy floral notes shine along with warm stripling branches that have been cut while still a little green.

Flavor / Palate - Carbonation, oranges, pine resin, and oak contribute to a dry mouthfeel. The transition is a little tame for an East Coast (imperial) IPA. A run of the mill beer is ultimately average at best but I know of many breweries that are worse.

Nice piney resiny aroma. Some spruce, almost hints of spices. Full bodied, loads and loads of hops in this. Very nice double IPA!

12oz can, thanks to Homer321. Almost entirely hazy darker orange color. Thin finger of off-white head. Leaves decent reaches of lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. More slick finish. Bigger bitterness. Light sweet. Some astringency in the finish. Piney orange grapefruit citrusy hop. Pretty spicy. Caramel, spicy malt. Some biscuit. Alright DIPA... No way to tell how fresh it is. Bigger bitterness, less big hop flavor. Decent to enjoy with my soup, though (went up a point with food).

This is one of those sweet and syrupy IIPAs that just doesn’t bring enough vibrant hop character to the table to be worth drinking more than a few ounces of. It is very cloudy and orange in color. The head is initially big and foamy but wanes pretty quickly to just a little ring. I get some melon and pine in the nose w/ some pineapple and just a slight touch of cattiness. The flavor here is just resinous bitterness and heavy sweetness on the tongue. Rather than an IIPA, this more of an American barleywine w/ no malt character. I could see the appeal for some but this really doesn’t do it for me.

Can locally here in Boca Raton, FL. Pours a deep amber with mostly opaqueness. Thick fluffy head. Solid lacing throughout. Aroma of serious pine and pine resin/sap, heavy malts, light floral, and wet grass. Taste is pine and pine resin bitterness, heavy malts, fresh cut grass, and dough. Bitter finish. Full body as well. Great DIPA.
