3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft… Clear golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The bouquet is of grainy pale malts intermingled with a note of popcorn and a trace of white pepper. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Sweet, grainy flavor and a crisp, mildly sweet finish. Pretty good for a blonde ale.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap. Moderate grain for the malt, light lemon for the hops, slight dough for the yeast, with hints of wood and faint light dried fruit. Head is average to large, creamy, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is hazy pale yellow/amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and slightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, a little slick with a lively carbonation. A little bland in flavor, just like a Blonde Ale, But the aroma and palate are extra nice.

Growler at Cajun Cafe Fall Festival. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is some sweet malt, some citrus, and some light grains. Flavor follows: some nice light grains, yeast, mild citrus, and mild hop bite. Light in body and a nice starter/ session beer.

Pours a clear golden yellow with no head. Nose is flat ! Taste is very light and refreshing but lacks any real taste. Finish is also bland. Maybe on a hot sweaty South Florida Day. quaff score 5 / 10

Sampled from the growler at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a clear gold with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has some earthy grain and light fruit with backing flora and grassy notes. Flavor is pretty light with smooth grain and notes of light fruit and grass.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft at brewery, poured a clear golden yelllow color, aromas of grain, light hops, and some malt. Flavors are the same, a pretty generic blonde ale, light, and somewhat warm. Decent beer overall.
