3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton. I’ll be straight up and say I’m not a huge wheat beer fan. However I try to rate on quality of the style presented. This one was a yellowish-orange hazy pour with a thick white head. Head lasted and laced nicely. Aroma was very pleasant of honey, vanilla, bread, dough, and slight earth. The taste was exactly what was marketed...honey and vanilla wheat. It was fairly light for a wheat and very refreshing. It was pleasant on the tongue and had moderate carbonation. For a wheat I really enjoyed it.

On tap at Bar Louie in Palm Beach. Pours a clear golden with a white head and sweet malty, caramel aroma. Taste is light and refreshing, the honey and vanilla come through nicely with malty, caramel tones leading to a crisp, vanilla finish. Refreshing, nice cream ale for the style

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draught as part of the Proof FL Tap Invitational! Pours a hazy yellow with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma is nice honey up front with bready wheat notes behind it. Taste follows with a nice thick bready mouth that kind of hides the vanilla. Light and easy to drink, but nothing that great.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden straw and cereal grains under a bread white head which recedes into a thin blanket. Swirls with spots of lace.
Honey kissed freshly baked artisan rolls. Sweet crunchy honeyed cereal grains.
Sweet silky mouthfeel thanks to the honey. Soft artisan breads kissed with honey. Lightly bitter finish of bread crusts and lemon peel.
A clean not too complex yet tasty session beer from the fine folks down at Due South Brewing. A quintessential Florida quaffer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap. Light grain for the malt, maybe some dough for the yeast, with hints of spice in the background. Head is average size, frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is clear pale amber. Flavor starts lightly acidic and finishes lightly acidic and faintly bitter. Palate is light, watery with a lively carbonation. Very easy to drink, just really bland as a Wheat Ale.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 3, 2012 Draft... Clear yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is faint at best and only provides a subtle note of vanilla. Light-bodied with fizzy carbonation. The flavor has a lightly bitter bite and an excellent vanilla component - unassuming, but definitely there. Finishes crisp, ridiculously clean and crazy refreshing. This beer screams PREMIUM LAGER - in a very good way.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
32 ounce growler from Hopscotch, poured a hazy yellow color, aromas of light wheat, vanilla, sweet honey, some light clove and a touch of bubblegum. Flavors follow suit, light on the ppalate, the vanilla and honey play well off each other, light sweet afftertaste, refreshing in the heat. Thanks again Eric.
