On draft at Due South. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is light honey, mild bread, and some sweet notes. Flavor follows with some light bread and malt in the front quickly followed by honey and hints of sweetness into the finish. Light in body and very drinkable.

glennmastrange (1884) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JAN 22, 2013
Tap. Light grain for the malt, maybe some dough for the yeast, with hints of spice in the background. Head is average size, frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is clear pale amber. Flavor starts lightly acidic and finishes lightly acidic and faintly bitter. Palate is light, watery with a lively carbonation. Very easy to drink, just really bland as a Wheat Ale.

hopscotch (8212) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 24, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 3, 2012 Draft... Clear yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is faint at best and only provides a subtle note of vanilla. Light-bodied with fizzy carbonation. The flavor has a lightly bitter bite and an excellent vanilla component - unassuming, but definitely there. Finishes crisp, ridiculously clean and crazy refreshing. This beer screams PREMIUM LAGER - in a very good way.

32 ounce growler from Hopscotch, poured a hazy yellow color, aromas of light wheat, vanilla, sweet honey, some light clove and a touch of bubblegum. Flavors follow suit, light on the ppalate, the vanilla and honey play well off each other, light sweet afftertaste, refreshing in the heat. Thanks again Eric.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to get this beer, but it’s sweet, and crisp and clean. Nothing special but easy drinking. -Jonathan. Julie did not like.

On draft at Due South for their Grand Opening. Another one on the list I was looking forward to trying. Aroma and flavor were slightly sweet with hints of vanilla, cream, malt and wheat cereal. A pretty delicious beer and very easy to drink.
