On draft at Due South. Been meaning to try this one for a while now. Very solid pumpkin flavor, along with spicy nutmeg aroma. Very tasty! Due South nailed down a good pumpkin beer here.

Can to half-pint glass (thanks newcigarz). Looks good; a hazy amberish brown with light caramel head that steadily dissipates into very thin lacing. Smells of pumpkin, spices, and yeast. Tastes like it smells with a slightly bitter (metallic, not hoppy) medium-bodied mouthfeel. A decent pumpkin ale.

Draft at Due South tasting room. Pint pour was deep reddish brown. Light tan head. Aroma was quite nice with cinnamon, pumpkin pie spices, lard pie crust, and vanilla. The taste was quite good with pumpkin, squash, sweet milks, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spices, nutmeg, vanilla, caramel, malts. Medium body, spice and pumpkin finish. Damn fine pumpkin beer.

Due South Isle of MaGourda is a decent, mellow pumpkin style. Light aroma the is malty and lightly sweet. The malty and sweet follows with the taste with light pumpkin pie notes. Finish is pretty clean. Isle of MaGourda is a sessionable pumpkin ale - refreshing amongst the sea of big pumpkin beers.

Tap. Moderate roasted and cereal for the malt, herbs for the hops, with nutmeg and squash in the background. Head is average size, fizzy/frothy with fair lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is sparkling clear copper. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then the long finish is lightly to moderately acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, watery with a carbonation between lively and fizzy. I’m not a fan of Pumpkin Ales to begin with, but this one I hate.

On tap at the Coffee District in Delray Beach. Pours an amber orange with a beige head and aroma of malt and spices-nutmeg and allspice. Taste is spicy-allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon come through with lighter pumpkin and malt notes. Solid, spiced pumpkin brew

On tap at Coffee District, Delray Beach, pours a dark pumpkin orange with a small head. Nose is spicy and subtle pumpkin. Taste is more autumn spice than pumpkin, but good nevertheless. Finishes with the same spicy cinnamon and nutmeg spices. Solid PA. Quaff Score 7 / 10

On draft at Due South Oktoberfest. Nitro version. Pours and amber color with big thick creamy off white head. Aroma is faint but pumpkin is there. Flavor is a nice soft pumpkin pie type flavor. Very mild, a little bit watery but very refreshing for a pumpkin beer to not slap me in the face with spices. Some roasty or roasted pumpkin character in the finish. Enjoyable.

From the growler at Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours an orange-copper color with a white head. Nose is some light pumpkin, some pumpkin pie spices, some earthy malts, and what seems like noble hops. Flavor is a Marzen with some pumpkin pie spices and mild pumpkin in there as well. A nice, sessionable pumpkin German hybrid. Very interesting.

(Rating #7,900) Draft... Clear, deep, dirty-orange ale with a small, quickly dissipating, white head. Excellent pumpkin pie aroma - spices and pumpkin. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. The flavor is very much that of a märzen - moreso than their actual Oktoberfest/märzen - malty, moderately sweet and caramely with good, mild notes of pumpkin pie spices. Finishes bittersweet, caramely and a hint grassy. Good stuff.
