Clear copper reddish color, white head. Malty hoppy sweet and roasted scent. Fresh, malty and roasted taste. Moussy mouthfeel. Medium bitterness.

Jul 10, 2008 The steam beer pours a hazy brownish amber with a fine off-white head. The aroma is rich in roasted notes, caramel, chocolate, nuts, and a light fruit element. Upon tasting, it starts by showing off it’s caramel colors, but swiftly turns drier in rush of carbonation, as the roasted notes take over. Then, with a fairly light mouthfeel, it moves toward the end with a nip of bitterness from the hops and roasted grains.

Jun 26, 2008 unfiltered well bodied ale. Nce hop-impression and light fruits. the nice refreshing carbonisation makes a stabile, creamy foam. Aftertaste of hop, grass up to noney. Good Beer!

Jun 23, 2008 Bottle at ÅBF08. Clear dark brown colour. Malty flavour, but slightly thin mouthfeel. The flavour is OK but gets a bit grainy, but with a nice creamy maltiness.

Jun 17, 2008 Karamel, frugt (blomme), ristet malt. "Støvet" fornemmelse. Rimelig humle bitterhed. Ikke særlig meget smag - specielt ikke eftersmag.

A bit thin with light maltiness and some dry bitterness.
