Bottle. A ruby beer with a beige head. The aroma and taste is of caramel malt, yeast, fruits and hops, a bit dusty. Medium body with a dry, hoppy finish.

Jul 26, 2008 (Bottled) Almost clear darkish amber with a very small head. Grainy-malty, slightly alcoholic aroma. Grainy-caramely-malty, spicy flavor with some alcohol, acidity and berries. Medium to full body with low carbonation. A spicy, caramely and alcoholic brew. Could be more balanced.

Jul 19, 2008 Huge beige lasting head. Brown body with yeast particles. Caramelly straw aroma with dusty papery hoppy notes. Dry-sweet intense caramelly malty nutty taste with grainy straw and alcohol notes. Some papery roastiness, too. Full-bodied soft and smooth with lots of carbonation. Clean. Dry hoppy straw caramel malt aftertaste is loong. Minty notes. Very sweet, but balanced by lots of hops. Leaves sticky sugar on lips. Very nice. (0.5l bottle from gr0ve.)

Brown with small head. Aroma and flavor is very (too) sweet with a domination of alcohol. Medium bitterness.

Jul 17, 2008 great aroma, yeast, not much alc. some complexity underneath. dark brown quite some debris in there, nice head with fine bubbles. quite bitter taste, also some sweetness, alc burns but you can’t taste it. heavy.. quite good actually. hint of smoked/roasted stuff in the end. loong great aftertaste.

Jul 14, 2008 Pours a deep amber-brown colour. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel and hoppy notes. Flavour is light spiced and fruity hoppy. Mild caramel malt base and a growing bitterness and nice lingering fruity note. Sweet malty dry finish.
