COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Svende-øl hedder sådan, fordi jeg første gang bryggede den for nogle år siden til en af mine sønners svendegilde. Da den har engelsk forbillede, måtte den også have et engelsk navn. Det gamle engelske ord for håndværker er Journeyman, derfor Journeyman’s Daily. Svende-øl alias Journeyman’s Daily er en engelsk Best Bitter på 5%, hvilket er i overkanten for stilen, men giver en god balance i denne øl.

Draft at Fa!rbar. Amber body and a small rocky head. Average malt aroma, caramel and heavy smoke in the finish - too much I think. Oily texture. The flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter.

Tap@YNWA. Pours cloudy copper with a small beige head. Aroma is malt, flowery hop, english liquorish and light earthy notes. Flacour is malt, flowery, hay and earthy hop. Medium bitter.

tap @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a nice, coppery amber with a small, frothy. Ends up as a thin film head. Caramel aroma, light hazelnuts and a hint of earthy hops. High, prickly carbonation, a tad thinish. Flavour has chocolate, lots of nuts, fair earthy bitterness. Long, lingering bitterness. Fine enough.
