COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Mørk ravfarvet klassisk Münchner Bock brygget på Münchner- og Wienermalt og en anelse røgmalt fra Bamberg. Humlet med original bayersk Hallertauer. Gæret ved en anelse højere temperatur end normalt for bock for at danne svage noter af frugt. Duft og smag af malt og alkohol i balance med moderat bitterhed og fine frugtnoter. Tappes den 9. Marts og er i butikkerne fra samme uge. Vi har valgt at præsentere den klassiske tyske forårsøl Bock’en som vores påskeøl, - håber, at man tager vel i mod!

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Nice red-amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate biter flavor. Some burnt rubber notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 50 cl. Small fizzy almost beige head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Hazy amber color. Aroma of caramel, bread, toasted malt, hint of yeasty notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor. Light malty sweet finish.

Bottle @ Bakken. Pours amber with a off white head. Lively carbonation. A bit of prickly alcohol and some caramel. Medium bodied.

Plovmand (4962) - Helsinge, DENMARK - AUG 2, 2009
Bottle. Reddish orange body with a medium off white head. Malty light burned aroma with light fruity notes. Lovely malty flavour with fruit and light hops as side notes. The palate is medium creamy. Easy to drink but lacks the aroma.
