Expensive 350ml brown bottle at Cruzat in B.A. Labeled 4.5%. Pours a dense dark gold color with a slight head of fime bubbles and perfumy aroma. A full mouthfeel from the big carbonation. slightly sweet flavor balance, slight pale malt flavor and slight hop bitterness. Fruity notes and not very clean.

[bottle from FireWater] Fizzy yellow, quickly diminishing head. Stale, bready aroma. thin, watery body. Barely detectable dryness in the finish.

Had this at Castro’s, another Toronto bar owned by the same people as Sarah’s. Clear golden colour with a creamy white head. Slightly fruity aroma and flavour. Clean, crisp finish with a pleasant bit of hoppiness. A very well-made mainstream lager.

Had it at Castro's Lounge in the Beaches. Not much head on mine, bit of fruit in the aroma and the finish. Nice clean lager with a bit of hops. Not fantastic but at $2.99 a pint it was the best value I have got for my beer money in a while!

This is available at Sarah’s Cafe & Bar as their House Draught.
Sweet fruit aroma, golden creamy head. Apricot and citrus(lemon?) flavour. Sweet, smooth, clean with a crisp finish. A well done lager, nice draught on their patio.
