Bottle from Systembolaget. The beers pours hazy pale blond with a thin head that settles as islands on the layer. It looks like a mix of fruit juice and wheat beer. Not exactly attactive. Nice scent of lemonpeels in the nose, with some pepper in the background. The taste comes across bigger than the appearance. A fruity citrusy start is followed up by more bitter flavours, tobacco is the most prominent, finishing sweet. Light to medium mouthfeel, very spritzy. A good Saison, not overly hoppy as many non-Belgian Saisons tend to be. The citruspeel and tobacco combo is very inspiring. The best beer som far I’ve tasted from Dugges. Bra jobbat, gubbar!

Old tastenotes: Very high in the aroma from flowers. Taste is sweet with a honeylike presence. Medium in the body. Somewhat grainy and almost no bitterness.

(Bottle) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, floral nose with white bread, citrus peel, hibiscus, jasmine, honey and hints of clove and sweet gale. Malty, spicy taste with notes of white bread, citrus peel, herbs, honey, flowers, a touch of sea buck-thorn and a fairly low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Really spicy and herbal but still in very good balance. Tasty and nice one.

Backlog, had this in june 2013. Bottle. Hazy yellowish color, white foam that quickly settles. Aroma is citrus, herbs, belgian yeast, lemon. Taste is citrus and herbs up-front as more sourness developes (probably the buckthorn added) and merges with a yeastiness before finishing herby, citrusy and dry. Light to medium body, average carbo. Highly drinkable, like a mix between a belgian wit and a citrusy saison, well done.
