COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
En ”American Pale Ale” med frisk beska som vi kryddat med Chinook, Centennial och Simcoe humle för att få en god grapefruktton. En frisk ale som sätter guldkant på de flesta tillfällen.

Thanks Omhper for this bottle. Appearance: amber color. Huge head, rocky, ivory color and lasting. Aroma: a hoppy perfume, notes of wild herbs, pine, eucalyptus and ruta. Light fruity-citrus smells. Flavor: citrus-hoppy start, malty background some candy, fruitiness similar to green-apples, quince, lemon skin and, maybe, pineapples. Medium dryness with pine hints. Palate: light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Remark: nice hoppy aroma, that’s why I hoped a more dry-hoppy flavor but that didn’t happened.

Draught @ STBOWF. Stockholm Beer Festival 2008, Sweden.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity - pineapple juice, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [270908]

courtesy of Per Forsgren - hazy dark orange colour with a giant pale beige foam; estery and dusty nose, notes of marzipan and citrus; lot of carbonation, some astringence and medium-bodied, very fizzy mouthfeel; dry and very bitter, aftertaste of orange peels; fairly hoppy and a bit spicy - complex

What to say? I like it. I love the fruity aroma. Its like sticking your head into a bag of Chinook hops.

500ml Bottle (One Pint,Helsinki) - Amber in colour with a lively head. Hoppy aroma with some grapefruit and pineapple notes. Quite fizzy on the tongue at first, the taste is tangy and hoppy with grapefruit and lemon with a fairly bitter finish.

Cask at The Bishops Arms Luleå 4 Aug 08. Golden colored - almost orange. Hazy. A large head that was reduced to a decent layer clinging to the sides of the glass. Strong and lovely aroma of fruit and chewing gum. Flavor in the same direction. A dry fruity aftertaste with some sourish bitterness. Quite good.
