COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
En ”American Pale Ale” med frisk beska som vi kryddat med Chinook, Centennial och Simcoe humle för att få en god grapefruktton. En frisk ale som sätter guldkant på de flesta tillfällen.

Draft at Bishops Arms, Gothenburg. Hazy orange body with minimal white head and lightly carbonated. Hoppy citrus/madarin aromas, with a touch of spicy (corriander?)marmalade. Mild bitter finish but somewhat thin mouthfeel. A little too shy for my liking.

Big offwhite lasting head. Hazy yellow body with carbonation. Fruity citric peppery hop aroma with mango and grapefruit notes. Dry grainy citric taste with peppery, fruity hop notes. Hints of resin and peas, as well as a faint sweetness. Mealy, dusty, watery mouthfeel. A bit thin-bodied. Good, but could use more body. (0.5l bottle at Tre Små Rum, Göteborg.)

On my way from Tromsø to Linköping I stopped for lunch at Bishops Arms in Stockholm and was happy to find this one on tap. 400ml served at the right drinking temperature. Hazy, dark amber body topped by a thin ring of bubbles. Aromatic floweriness of hops. In-depth flavour of sappy fruits with growing taste of hoppy bitterness. Smooth and rounded bitter ending. Medium bodied (25.01.2008).

Tap @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph. [enjoyed with faroeviking]
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium creamy white head that leaves good lacing all the way down the glass. Aroma is hoppy with pine, oranges, grapefruit, wine gums and flowers. Mouthfeel is perhaps a little thin. Flavour has a good light hoppiness with fruit and light caramel. There is a orangy tartness amongst the hops as well.
