En ”American Pale Ale” med frisk beska som vi kryddat med Chinook, Centennial och Simcoe humle för att få en god grapefruktton. En frisk ale som sätter guldkant på de flesta tillfällen.

33cl bottle. BBE 2015-06-12. Unclear golden, thick white head. Tropical fruits in aroma, citrusy, hoppy, really nice aroma. Fresh. Flavor has blood orange, citrus, hops, hint of sweetness. Long fruity finish. Really good APA, refreshing, high drinkability.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and sharply crisp. Minerals. Really nice flavour combo here. A sweet candy sherbet, light floralness and mild tropical fruits. Finishes airy and slightly crisp. All flavours in good balance.

On tap at Craft Beer Co, Islington on 25th May 2014. Hazy gold with off-white ring-and-film. Caramel malt and cheesy yeasts in aroma. Lemon citrus in-mouth with grapefruit developing into finish that becomes dry. Zingy, evaporative texture and light body.

Very nice American pale ale with well balanced hoppiness that is not sprawling to a thousand different directions. It worked fantastically well with fresh barbecued spare ribs.

Flaska hemma - mycket fin skrynklorna och den är härligt grumlig. Tydliga toner av humle i aromen. Man kan känna grapefrukten i smaken och beskan är tydlig men inte överdriven. Mycket bra! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaske: Orangegul klar øl med et flot skumhoved. Dejlig duft af humle citrus og græs. Smagen er crisp og frisk igen med en del græs. Virkelig en lækker lille sag. Har været meget heldig med svenske apa for nyligt.

Bottled 330ml. -Slight cloudy golden coloured, minimal off-white head, intensive grapefruity hoppy nose. Moderate malty, light fruity, grapefruity hoppy and notes of camomile tea with moderate bitter finish. Pretty light brew but quite aromatic.

Nose is wheat bread, rye cracker, flour jar. Mouthfeel is medium full. Bass is on 0, Mids on full whack, Highs 7.5. All crackers and dried grains for me with a touch of honey and a very dry hoppy finish. I like this beer but a bit too malty to get excited about.
