Dugges Ale- & Porterbryggeri fyller 2 år!
Detta firar vi med en riktigt torr och rejält bitterhumlad IPA. Delikat smak och arom från framför allt Galena och Simcoe. Hipp hipp hurra!

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2012 Draught at the brewery. Clear dark amber, medium fluffy offwhite head. Fruity and caramelly aroma with peaches and grapefruit, along with piney and floral hop notes. Medium bodied but a bit thin for an IPA. Very dry, too dry actually, with a lingering bitterness. A good IPA.

Flavor is smouth dry hopynes who newer will leave the mouth, it stand still for a long time, before you can imagine the maltyness and the other details, like fruitynes, grapefruits. rickgordon (3844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 6, 2007
On draught at The Brewery. Amber colour. Striking hoparoma from grapefruit and grapefruit peel. Not much malt sensed here. Very well attenuated beer, with almost no detectable sugars, making the hop bitterness almost way too much. This is an incredibly dry IPA with biting, salty bitterness, thats is felt from the beginning of the very first sip.

Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke. Hazy amber coloured. Big hoppy aroma. Very hoppy flavour with loads of grapefruit and pine needles. Dry and bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not very balanced, but very pleasant.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruity & flowery hops and some slight grassyness and berries. Flavour is slightly roasted malts, some really grassy hops and a bit of caramel and fruits. A really pleasant and wellbalanced thing.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2007 Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Cloudy brownish amber. Piney lychee aroma.Sweet and lightly fruity. Perfumy and somewhat soapy with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Drying finish with lingering salty bitterness. Lovely inviting aroma, but the maltprofile doesn’t quite match that. Subsequently sampled on keg at Akkurat as well, where I found it more balanced and with a more inviting malt character.

Ethereal (2417) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUN 3, 2007
Handpumped 1/2 pint at the Bishop’s Arms, Malmo. Rather disappointing - this has a nice aroma with hints of elderflower and peaches but the taste and palate are distinctly run of the mill. The hazy amber appearance doesn’t help.

Svesse (6174) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JUN 3, 2007
(Bottle, Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 2 June 2007) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief off-white head. Fruity nose with citrussy hops, grapefruit and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with pine needles, grapefruit, orange and loads of citrussy hops. Medium body, mainly dry. Hardly complex, rather one dimensional, but ver good.
