4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Quite a beer; almost closer to an IPA then a pale ale. Had a huge cream-colored fluffy textured head that lasted a long time and lots of lace. Lots of malt and hops in the aroma. Flavor is like aroma plus cereal flavors and bitter and sweet and carbonic tang come out and express themselves. Great body and carbonation. Very drinkable beer.

Very good APA except for a little oxidation. Poured at a good temperature with a large, foamy, cream-colored head that slowly settles and some lace. Color is a clear orange amber with a couple of bubble trails. Aroma is hop, malt, yeast, wet cardboard. Flavor is similar to nose, hop is kind of subdued, but fitting for style and there’s a little pine and citrus plus sweet is also mild, bittler dominates, but not overly so, wet cardboard is just there, and carbonic tang is just right. Body n carbonation are perfect. Finish is like flavor, on the long side, and would be so much better, but for the oxidation.

500 ml bottle. Dark brown color. Two finger white head. Tastes earthy, almost like celery. A little different from the typical of the style.

Honoured to be the first to rate this , but sorry to report this just doesn't do it got me. Zilch head and stale taste are only offset by nice amber colour and cloudiness. No better than average
