Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy copper with a slight beige head. NIce hoppy aroma - flora and resin. Med body. Flavor is floral, mild roast caramel, and some citrus/resin. Clean and refreshing.

Citrus and biscuit aromas. Citrus and biscuit flavors. Overall a decent pale ale (hiphiphooray!)

500ml bottle (Hiphiphooray). Poured a clouded, amber with orange and brown highlights and a slightly off-white head with decent lacing. Smell is very underplayed, with piney hops, citrus and some light malt. Taste follows aroma with a mild hoppiness, citrus orange, and mild sugar cookie sweet malt. Balanced and well rounded flavor. Medium carbonation, with a light dry finish.

3-4 ounce sample from a bottle at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Listed as Hip Hip Hooray. The aroma on this is soapy with some light oxidation. Light piney flavors and some sweaty sock notes are also present. Not too much else. Disappointing. Mildly hazy unfiltered orange body with a small off-yellow head present. Mild lacing. Starts with some mildly herbal hops and some scant oxidized cardboard flavors. Finishes a little sweet and with very subdued hop flavors, which are a little grassy and herbal. Pretty boring.

Bottle under the "Hiphiphooray" label. Clouded amber with a short, dense tan head. Aroma is spicy hops, citrus, caramel, sweet malt and earthy notes. Taste is big spicy and floral hops, citrus, malt, caramel, earthy notes, and faint tropical fruit. Body is medium with a soft, creamy carbonation. Ends with more citrus, spicy hops, caramel, light malt, floral notes and sofy, earthy hops.

500 ml bottle-shared by jtc-pours hazy gold with offwhite bubbles. Aroma is pineapple/resin, medium malt. Taste is pine/pineapple hops, medium malt. Metallicy aftertaste.

Bottle from storminorman. Caramel colored pour. White head. Sweet malty aroma. Honey, light hops, bready notes. Pretty good.

Hiphiphooray bottle. Pours olive orange with off white head. Nose/taste of caramel, pear and apple skins, light resin and mixed fruit. Finish has off talc and metallic notes which detract from an otherwise decent brew. Medium body.

Bottle from the Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours cloudy amber with a thick beige head and an earthy citrus and bread aroma. There is a hearty caramel malt flavor with a dry and bitter citrus finish.

50cl bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Smells and tastes sweet grassy hoppy with a similar finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle as Hiphiphooray!. Dark cloudy amber color, large beige head with good retention, solid lacing. Aroma of very earthy grass. Taste is citrus, tropical fruits, lemon peel, grass. Very nice.
