Jan 26, 2008 Draught at the brewery. Deep hazy amber with a creamy beige head. Dark dried fruits, salt liquorice and burnt notes in the aroma. Medium bodied and very smooth. Dry, quite bitter, a slight metallic edge.

Jan 18, 2008 Draught @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Pours a dark reddish brown color with a longlasting off-white head. Malty hoppy bitter dark chocolate aroma. Dry malty hoppy bitter chocolate flavor with some hints of coffee. Long dry malty and bitter finish with hints of chocolate.

Beautiful red-brown color; creamy head. Powerful aroma of very dark chocolate and roasted malt; some ashes and dust too. The body is well round, well malty, with caramel flavor, then developing into some more powerful chocolate and dry cocoa brew, as the bitterness is rising. Surprisingly there is even a hidden flowery touch. The bitterness is high, mostly coffee and roasted malts; there is a liquorice touch too in the end. Very good.

Jan 13, 2008 [Draught @ Den Tatoverede Enke] Black with medium head. Swet roasted malt, chocolate and coffee hits the nose. Flavor is sweet with roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Finishes bitter.

Jan 3, 2008 Draught. Low but lasting off-white head. Clear but very dark brown body. Cocco coffe caramel aroma. Hoppy Hoppy coffee flavor. Relatively mild but still tasty. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. Good balance tetween sweet and bitter flavors. The realively high alcohol percantage is well hidden.

Dec 23, 2007 Draught @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph. Dark brown coloured. Dense brown head. Lasting. Sweetness, brown sugar, caramel, liqourice and spice in the aroma. Flavour of coffee, liqourice, sweetness, cocoa and light fruits. Very balanced. Medium to full bodied. Light dry. Has a cocoa/liqourice bitterness in the end. Nice one.
