Decent taste and smell. The aftertaste was not so special. A pretty mediocre beer to get away from this brewery. But still okay to drink.

@basunen: söt malt i doft och smak. Inte mycket annat att säga. Undrar lite på vart passionen är? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

En skum blandning av askfat, stearinljus och vatten. Inte så illa som det låter, men inget jag köper igen. Bättre kan ni, Dugges!

500 ml bottle. Pours clear brown with medium orange head. Aroma is malty, fresh, a bit peppery, some roasted notes plus hints of liquorice. Taste is a bit thin, more roasted notes than in the aroma. Still malty with matching bitterness. Finish is spicy/peppery and bitter.

rarbring (1085) - Linköping, SWEDEN - MAR 17, 2013
Aroma: Smelling of weakly of bread, pine, dust and hay.
Appearance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A low tan head with some lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting brown bread, citric notes, some resin and white grape-fruit peel.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a coarse texture. A medium body with a long dry finish.
Overall: Solid, rather hoppy for a bitter, and a bit coarse. But in all well done.
Note: Bottle 500 ml. Reviewed 2013-03-17.

50 cl bottle from Systembolaget in Mölndal. BB 2013-11-28. Sampled on March 16, 2013.
Clear mahogany color, smallish teal head which leaves lacing on the glass. Mild, sweet, malty, grainy scent. Malty, grainy, bitter, some zest taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Grainy and bitter aftertaste. Nice for a session beer, perhaps the bitterness in the aftertaste could have been a bit less harsh, else very decent indeed.
After rating it I had the beer with my eggs as the tradition for Easter states, at least here. Worked pretty well, but brought out the bitterness even more.
Now with some time to breathe and warm up evern more (started at about 12C) I get some wet tobacco mainly in the scent, but also a bit in the taste. I can see myself drinking a few of these just for chilling.
