Firar dagens släpp och inköp men inte med en av dagens släpp - de behöver lugna ned sig lite :-).
Flaska 10 grader
UTS: Lätt grumlig, bärnsten, krämig krona - gardinerna rinner ner sakta mot bittern i glaset.
D: Amerikansk humle, kaffe
S: Amerikansk humle, lite kaffe, välbryggd med fin fyllighet, även denna skulle behöva lite mer alkohol (bara lite ca 1 %). So far så är Dugge ölerna mycket snarlika. Medium beska. Nära 4,5... kanske kommer nån gång
ES: Lång stabil eftersmak
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 tkrjukoff (2676) - SWEDEN - MAR 4, 2011
Pours deep red mahogany with a nice tanned head leaving pretty lace. Aroma is roasted malts, citric, caramel, perry and hops. Fruity malty mouthfeel. Flavor follows the aroma pretty much, very refreshing. Nice medium palate. Finishes with excellent bitter aftertaste.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 rickgordon (3764) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 26, 2005
UPDATED: AUG 1, 2005 Draught in Göteborg.
Mahogany colour, dark white diminishing head, small bubbles are left after a while. Aroma is melon, pumpernickel, licorice and a bit sugary. Feels big already. When sipping this, the jelly-like body is what comes to mind first. Smooth, big-ish body with fair carbonation. Flavour brings mostly lemon and has small notes of citrus peel. The finish feels balanced with a lingering, slight papery, final. This is a good resemblance to the ESB-style! Still, I think this gets a bit too heavy for the average gothenburger....

Foamy tinted head covering a golden brownish liquid with a fresh fruity aroma. Medium bitter, medium hoppy, a clear tone of caramel and a hint of julmust. Altogether a very decent and drinkable ale. Too expensive though.
